Cozyla products purchased on Cozyla.com

If you bought your Cozyla frames directly from us and prefer to return your Cozyla frames for a full refund, our customer service team (help@cozyla.com) will provide a pre-paid shipping label so that you do not incur additional costs. We may request that the product be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of the label. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. We’ll cover the cost of the return postage and any restocking fees, all you need to do is schedule a pickup or take the package to the nearest carrier facility. Currently we can only provide pre-paid shipping labels to eligible items and customers located in the US. 

Note: Free Returns do not apply to international orders, and TV/calendar products. Returned items must be in original product packaging and has no visible signs of use. Returns with missing items may result in a partial refund.

Processing Your Return: After your order arrives at our return address and its condition is approved for restocking, we’ll send you a message that we are currently processing your return and will initiate a refund to your original form of payment. If you purchased your Cozyla product using a credit or debit card, you should receive a full refund within five business days of receipt of the returned item.

Items marked “Clearance”, "Final Sale" or "BOGOF" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they're defective or flawed.


Products purchased on Amazon.com or other websites

If you bought your Cozyla product online at Amazon.com or another website and would like to return it for a refund, please follow the return instructions from the website where you purchased your Cozyla product.

Products purchased at retail locations

If you bought your Cozyla product at a physical store and would like to return it for a refund, please return it to the store where you purchased it and follow the retailer’s instructions.

Price Adjustment

If you purchased an item on Cozyla.com, we’ll adjust the price you paid to a lower price if an eligible Cozyla promotion or sale lowers the price of the item within 14 days of your purchase. To qualify for a price adjustment, the lower-priced item must be in stock and available on our website and must be exactly the same as the original—meaning the same style, SKU, color, and size.

How to request a price adjustment

To request a price adjustment, please have the product details, price, and Cozyla.com website information available for verification. Contact us within 14 days of your Cozyla.com purchase. We’ll verify that the item is eligible for the sale or promotion, and then provide a refund for the price difference.
