Keeping track of my husband and 5 children’s schedules is finally attainable! Dream come true!

We were downsizing our home and had talked about getting new prints made of family pictures for our walls. I suggested we get a large digital picture frame instead so that family could email updated pictures whenever they want and we constantly have new pictures instead of outdated prints on our walls. We got the 17” screen. It came fast and I thought it was easy to set up. I absolutely love this!!

It is easy to set up. I put off setting it up because I didn’t have hours to deal with it. I didn’t need hours, it took me about 15 minutes. I wish I would have set it up when I got it! The frame comes with simple, straight forward instructions. The picture is bright and clear. I have the app, but others do not have to have the app to add pictures to my frame. I sent them a link with the email address to add pictures. I can even get photos from my Google photos. I love this frame!

2 days ago I received as a present a Cozyla digital photo frame. This is Cozyla is a great tool to share photos with friends & relatives. It is allowing me to create groups of pictures from different occasions. Friends are able to email their photos to me & the photos will appear on the frame automatically grouped to where I want them. The support person, Chris, was excellent in helping me move forward past the place where I got stuck. He gave me many tips in using the frame. It will be great fun to see the photos that my children send to my frame shortly after they are taken thus not have to wait till they come home from a trip.

I saw this at someone's house. Their kids gave it to them and used it to send pictures of the grandkids. I bought one for my parents as a gift for the same reason--sending kid pictures--but ended up keeping it for myself and getting another one for them! This is so easy to use. I had never used google photos before but it was very easy to create albums that automatically added pictures of the people I selected. Then I turned on the frame and within a minute that album was displayed on the frame. This really works much better than I could have hoped. I picked this specific model because it can be wall mounted but the stand was much sturdier than I expected so we ended up leaving it out on a table. This is a great investment if you are like me and dont print pictures as often as you would like, or don't have the room to print and display hundreds of your digital pictures.

This is an amazing electronic photo frame. I am not very good setting electronic up, I usually have to ask my kids, but this frame was so easy, that I took it out of the box 15 minutes ago and now I am looking at wonderful pictures that are making me happy.

I gave this frame as a gift, and my sister absolutely loves it!

A little big and curve for me but maybe it will work for others

We bought this for my dad. He loves it. It’s easy for me and my siblings to add pictures to it. We contacted them for a replacement under warranty when the screen had an issue and they were nice and easy to deal with.

I purchased this because it has the largest frame because I was putting it in a large cabinet. This is my first Cozyla frame. Picture and design is amazing but what good is it if everyday something goes wrong? The frame freezes and only displays one picture, the next day the frame is black screen and appears off, the following day it��s displaying the Cozyla logo and the rest is black. I��m so disappointed. We have a brand new home with WiFi built-in extenders throughout the house so it doesn��t make sense why something goes wrong daily. We��ve always had Aura frames without any problems but I chose to go with this frame for size and that was a big mistake. Frame is being returned.

You cannot connect google photo albums like it claims. You can only add 30 photos at a time.

Love this and love that my people can share their photos as well very easily. I love watching the photos all day. The customer service is amazing as well. I had a little issue and they were on it too help me get it taken care of.

Cozyla is replacing my beloved Memento frame. I was horrified to see the reduction in photo resolution
I would like to be able to operate the frame with the app - selecting albums or specific photos

The quality of the display is outstanding and it looks great on the wall. The quality of the images is also very good and even has the ability to use AI to enhance photos if the quality is lacking ( some free use but then a minor fee per photo thereafter). It��s great to see so many photos from our lives displayed rather than sitting on a hard drive or looking at on my phone screen. The frame rotates to accommodate image direction and hanging preferences. Editing capabilities are limited, but if you edit prior to uploading that should t be a bug problem. The only thing to be aware of is that the advertised Google photo integration is not currently working. So you have to load a maximum of 50 photos at a time. Which is aBit of a hassle if you are loading a lot of photos�� but after that first load it��s really a non issue. I did contact the support line and they��ve been responsive and have taken action to help with my questions and ideas. I love that there is no ongoing subscription and now that the frame is hung and I have over 3000 photos loaded, it��s a big hit!!!!

Easy to set up and great tech support when I had a question. The large display is bright and colorful.

Product is great. Pictures look crystal clear, and was easy to set up. I get so many compliments on this, I have it set up in the kitchen and we'll sit with guests talking about the photos that come up.

I have had this frame for 2 years and it has been absolutely fantastic!!! I had a problem with it (user error) and I put in a ticket and was treated like a family member with the most helpful and knowledgeable person ever. My problem was solved and I will tell my family and friends that this is the one to buy if you looking for one.Amazing!!!!!!

I received the frame as a gift and started loading it with pictures from my phone. I am not very computer literate and was happy to see that it was easy to do. I began to see it as a history of my family so uploaded pictures of ancestors also. In my hurry to load pictures I didn't put descriptions on them and wanted to add them. I had trouble doing this but the support people were very patient and helped me. I found the easy operating instructions, the ease of moving through the pictures with the use of albums, the ability to set times between each picture and a start and stop time for it to operate ,and the ability for others to add pictures to my frame a real plus. I enjoyed my frame so much that I gifted members of my family with one. Get your pictures off your phone and enjoy them daily.

Frame is Awesome. Easy to set up and high quality. Wish I could change from what folder to of pictures to show thru the App

So far, so good. I bought it for 2025 Christmas gift. It is a 17 inch. Very clear image and sound. but when uploading a video, it will trim my video for 2 minutes, which is very disappointing. I wish it would have a capacity to upload longer videos. Also, the images are not displayed to its full screen; all around image is like a dark frame, which makes like i bought a 17 inch digital frame, but it looks like a 15" or 10" display.

Huge upgrade from our Nixplay. We are enjoying the Cozyla frame everyday. Thank you Cozyla!

We bought the Cozyla frame to replace our Aluratek frame when it stopped working. We saw a huge jump in the picture quality with the Cozyla frame! The frame was easy to setup and we use the share feature in Google photos to upload pictures to the frame. We do miss two features from our old frame and hope Cozyla can provide these in the future:
1. An ability to pinch and zoom photos
2. An ability to choose a particulat photo using thumnails

While these digital picture frames offer good features, they are very glitchy. Sometimes they do not turn on. Sometimes, they don't supply with correct time. The biggest issue is when they are supposed to turn on based on your timer. some do not at all, which forces a user to unplug and replug the power outlet to reboot it. This is annoying and should have been addressed PRIOR to releasing this product. Too many times do manufacturers sell items that are not perfected. This is not just a slight issue, it's a material problem.

I purchased this Cozyla Digital Picture Frame almost 10 months ago. I love it. It was easy to set up and upload pictures to. Recently the pictures turned green for some reason. I notified Cozyla. Vivi responded immediately, and replaced the frame. Excellent customer service.

I have had this frame for a couple of years now. I really enjoy the ease of adding photos, and how beautiful the photos are on this larger frame. I have had no real problems with the frame. Every four or five months, it freezes. You simply unplug it, plug it back in, and it works well for another four or five months. I think this occasional reset is normal in a lot of electronics. I have received a lot of compliments on my frame/photos.
