What membership plans does Cozyla offer?
Cozyla currently offers two premium membership plans, all available in monthly or cost-effective annual billing. Annual plans include a 30-day free trial.
- Calendar Essential: For Calendar Neo devices. Includes Rewards, Habits, Smart Import, Photo Screensaver, Meal Planning and Cozyla Agent (Essential).
- Calendar Super: For Calendar Plus devices. This also applies to Neo devices with an active Essential plan. Includes Art Gallery and Cozyla Agent (Super).
You can purchase a plan via the Cozyla App through the App Store or Google Play. You can also purchase bundles on the Cozyla Website, or subscribe by scanning the QR code directly on your device.
Which plan do I need for my device?
- Calendar Neo: Start with Calendar Essential. For advanced features, you'll need Calendar Super. The system will guide you to get the Essential plan first.
- Calendar Plus: We recommend Calendar Super. Essential features are already built into your hardware for free.
How do I activate the free membership from my retail/Amazon purchase?
If your device includes a free membership bundle:
- Complete the device setup and log into your Cozyla ID.
- A membership activation prompt will automatically appear on your screen.
- Follow the instructions to add a payment method. You will not be charged during your free trial period.
If you accidentally close the popup, you can reclaim your exclusive offer anytime by clicking "Your Exclusive Offer" on the Paywall page.
Can I use one membership on multiple devices?
Yes! One membership binds to your Cozyla ID and can be shared across multiple devices to share data. To avoid duplicate charges, you can cancel unused memberships if you have multiple of the same type.
Cozyla.com purchases usually link automatically upon device activation. If not, you can manually link it in the Cozyla App using your purchase email. You can find this in Settings, under Membership, by selecting Link Membership. Once linked, it cannot be transferred to a different Cozyla ID.
How do I manage or cancel my membership?
Open the Cozyla+ App and navigate to Settings > Membership Management to view all active memberships, expiration dates, and renewal statuses linked to your Cozyla ID.
Click "Manage" to be redirected to your original payment platform to make changes or cancel. This platform could be the App Store, Google Play, or Shopify depending on your original purchase method. You can continue using premium features until the end of your billing cycle.
I purchased a plan but features are unavailable, what should I do?
If you are still prompted to pay:
- Confirm you are logged into the correct Cozyla ID.
- Check your status in App Settings > Membership Management.
- For Calendar Neo, remember that top-tier features require both Essential and Super.
If features are just not loading: ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi, refresh the page, or restart the device. If the issue persists, please contact support@cozyla.com.
Annual plans come with a 30-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
